Premium account not working

Premium account not working

Hi!

 

I upgraded my account to premium a few days ago but I havent got it yet. It says on my account on this site that I have an active premium account but both my computer and phone are still the free version. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it on both my computer and phone but nothing seems to work. Any suggestion what to do?

Not usually, but I tried it know and it worked, thanks ๐Ÿ™‚ But I dont have any playlist when I logged in with facebook, are there any way to link the playlist from my regular login to my facebook?

If you drop the team and email using the online contact form they should be able to copy them from one account to the other for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
