Premium account not working!

so all of a sudden today, my premium account stopped- it’s connected with my spark so I get the 50% off. But when I log into spark it says plan renews on the 28th, so that indicates to me that it should be active?  
when I log into Spotify in account info it says “free plan”

I recommend you check out this support page on issues activating a Premium plan.

In the mean while i also suggest you contact you mobile provider to check it out.
