Premium account not working.

Sorry for bad english.

I have just redeemed my Spotify premium code but when i log in to my accout it dosen't work(Not working on my phone either). When I entered the code I was logged in with my facebook account for some reason. Can that have something to do with this? I tried to connect to facebook with my account in the Spotify application but I just got this message:
"It's not possible to connect to this Facebook account"

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked both your Subscriptions pages? You may well have redeemed it so your facebook account is premium but not your Spotify one.
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.

If you have redeemed it on the wrong account, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify might be able to transfer it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
