Premium account not working

Hi - for a few months I have been getting charged for premium, yet get none of he the perks. I still have ads, I can't play things on my phone, and I can find no explanation. If someone could point me in the diretion of a solution, or how to actually get in touch with Spotify, that would be great. Thanks!

If you sign in via Facebook, it is possible you have this issue, this is particularly common if you have been using spotify since September. If it doesn't sound like the issue you are experiencing, or if the directions given to you don't work, you can contact a Spotify staff member using this contact form.
