Premium account not working

Premium account not working

signed up for spotify premium and had been working fine then logged out my account went to log back in later on in the day and had lost all my playlists and under account is now saying i'm on a free trial.
have spotify connected to my ipod as well and that currently says i'm on a 48hour free trial even though it had been working earlier on premium account. Tried logging In and out but nothing's working

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back to your original account.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

When you upgraded did you log in using Facebook or a Spotify username? Also, what is the username shown on your receipt (which you should have gotten via email)?

Logged in using Facebook and went to log back in using same details again but it appears to be a whole new account with different spotify username, tried logging in with spotify username on the email I got went I signed up for premium and isn't allowing me to

Hi Spotify; this is Bobby Perry -bobbyperrymusic .when I started Spotify ,I thing I had the premiem vesion . I wanted the profession version recomended by my attorney because I am going through a trial court situation to get back control of my music . After the court has ended , I will ask you to keep my music on the statin . The cd Love Camouflage has the wrong titles on some tunes that will have to be corrected.

@bobbyperrymusic - Spotify don't alter any of the content they get from music distributers, so I would suggest you get in touch with your label or aggregator to make the change.

I've been using Spotify Premium for a while but last week it stopped working. I've no second account or facebook login issue. I'm logged in with my account as always. And no issues with the payment either. So what's happening? I've filed the issue over the contact form on monday. Since I'm from Germany I submitted it in german. It's been four days but no reply yet! It's "Spotify Fall # 01328657". Please have a look at it!

 

My status says: "Du hast ein Abonnement für . Das Abonnement wird am Spotify Premium automatisch auf 2014-03-19 umgestellt und dir werden 9,99 € in Rechnung gestellt, wenn du es nicht vorher kündigst." Which basically says you status is changed to Spotify Premium on the 2014-03-19.  FYI: It fills in the status and the date at the wrong spots in the sentence. 

@mark_sup - I will get that case number escalated for you now. Spotify are aware of some payment issues for a small number of German customers.
