Premium account on laptop but not on mobile

Premium account on laptop but not on mobile


I have had a premium account for over a year. Since I deleted the spotify app from my phone and re-dowloaded it, my account has changed to a free account. My last payment was december the 20th, so I should still be able to use premium services. 

Does anybody know how I can get my premium account back on my phone?

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?


  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
