Premium account online can not save music lists

Hi,

Ive recently got into a problem with my premium Spotify account. Ive used this account over a year now and I recentrly brought premium on it again. I could use it for a few days, downloaded playlists and used offline mode. Now i can use offline mode tho but i can not download any playlists anymore. I did not reach the 3300 song limit yet, and I have 1 terrabyte free disk place on my pc. Any ideas to solve it? I already tried to relog and reinstall the program but the error is the same: Only premium spotify users can use the offline mode music listening.

Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using? A screenshot showing what happens would be really helpful too.
