I have a Spotify Premium license through my mobile provider (KPN). However, Spotify still charges my Premium Account through Paypal, even though I'm paying for it on my mobile invoice.

Did you make sure to cancel your previous subscription before going through KPN?
To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:
https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

After you have made sure you have canceled, you will need to contact support if you have any refund requests:
https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Yup I did! Apparently I was still paying for a friend his Spotify account, which I completely forgot because this was arranged almost 2 years ago. Because of this, I was not able to see this in my own Spotify account, but only in HIS Spotify account. The above mentioned steps provided me with a quick response from Spotify support.
