Hi there,

 

I got premium account in a deal with my mobile contract. I got a premium activation conformation but when logging in it still says I am still on a free acount. I contacted the service provider but they are providing very little help. 

 

Please could you look into this as it is very frustrating.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

Just to confirm, we'd recommend first double-checking your subscription page to check if your Premium subscription is active. If you're on Free, first make sure that you're not logged in a different account. You can find out how to check this here.

 

If you're still having troubles with your subscription, we'd also suggest checking with your service provider once more to make sure your subscription is still active.
