Premium account withdrew funds then froze account saying I'm don't have premium

I've had a premium account for over a year and started having issues in the past few months. The latest being that my account was charged and paid but froze while playing telling me that my payment didn't go through and only giving me the option to downgrade back to free. I did that, as it was the only way to get the screen to unfreeze. However, now it wants me to sign back up for premium again. I found where it mentions doing a "clean sweep" and deleting then reinstalling the app. Will I lose all my saved music if I do this? And, what about the payment already coming out? Any ideas?? Hey there! 

A clean sweep would cause you to lose any music you downloaded to the device, but your saved music is saved to your account, so you don't lose it when you uninstall and reinstall the app. 

Give that a shot and let us know how it goes!

Ended up having to delete and reinstall app. My music is gone AND I'm still
listed as a "free" user. I'm not sure what to do now. They've already taken
my $$ once and now want all the info to do it again. Do you know of a way
to recover my (2 years worth) of lost music?

Your misuc is tied to your account, so it shouldn't have gone anywhere. THe support team should be able to assist.

Thank you. I hope so. Someone told me to delete the app and reinstall so I
tried that. Now all music except from when I was on free is gone.
