Premium account won't work...

I continuously get a pop up saying that Spotify has been paused because my account is being used somewhere else. I have signed out of all devices and changed my password on several occasions but this continues to happen. Spotify is impossible to get ahold of to resolve the issue so any help would be appreciated!

Hi there! I'd reach out to them over Twitter if possible. I don't work there but when I've tweeted them I always get super fast answers. If it says your account is being used somewhere else one of your friends/family members probably has access to it. Does it let you know what device it says music is bein gplayed on? That would be helpful for them to know. The email contact form can take a little longer, but I would DM @SpotifyCares if you've logged out of all devices/reset your password and it's still happening. It's worth noting you can't stream from your laptop and phone at the same time on the same account too. Just in case! Let me know how it goes
