I'm trying to cancel my premium account but it will not accept my password I'm using my facebook email and password for my spotfy account need help want to remove premium account

Hi Billy, 

Which browser are you using? I recommend changing browsers--Chrome and Firefox often work best. 

I'd also log out of Facebook completely before logging into your Spotify subscription page--then give it another try.
