Hi I am a spotify premium user and have been since November I was using it last night and it was running very slow so I signed out and signed back and all my playlists have been wiped and at the top it says " 48 hours of your trial remain" I have it on my iPhone and depend on spotify for working can someone please advise.

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account which is what normally happens when your playlists and subscription vanish.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.
