I went on spotify on my phone this morning and everything was fine, my phone then turned itself off. I turned it back on and reloaded spotify, it asked me to log in so i put in my details and now its saying i need to upgrade to premium. Ive had premium for well over a year and havent asked to cancel it. Any help would be apreciated.

Well, if you are sure that you haven't logged in with another account's details, you can use this link to fill in a form so that a Spotify staff member can check your issue. Simply follow the right steps, until you get to a green button that says "I still need help" and press it.

Hello and thanks for posting in the community!

Let's toubleshoot this issue. If you log in through eg. Desktop as well, can you check if the same happens there please? Also, do you maybe have another Spotify account? Do you sign in via Facebook connect?

If i log in via the desktop it also says i need to upgrade, but if i try it on my ps4 its still logged in on the same email address/log in details and everythings normal, i dont sign in via my facebook and i think ive had a few other free accounts on different email addresses but im using the one i have used for a while and the same one thats linked to my ps4 (can only say that cause it uses the same email address, but unfortunatley it doesnt tell you your log in name.

Which no-reply email are you refering to? The only ones ive ever recieved off them are when they have added a song to a playlist im subscribed to, which is the news email address.
