Premium account

I have had premium forever now. I love it and use it daily. I recently upgraded my phone but cant access my playlists or my premium. It just keeps saying to input my card info to get premium. My payments are automatic. I dont want to be cahrged again for something im already paying for. Please help i miss my music.

Hey @R40rules! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.

get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.
