it is possible to get my premium and playlists transfer to another acc? if yes, how?

It is indeed possible to transfer playlists and followers to a new account.

Note: all offline music will not be transfered.

If wish opening a new account you can sign up through this form here and after this had been accomplished you can contact support through this form and have them merge the two accounts.
