Premium but not able to get family signed up... help!

I’ve been banging my head for hours trying to sign my family up for the premium account. Not sure what to do now. This is getting ridiculous. Should not be this difficult.

Hey @Epicsmom, welcome to the community!

 

Sorry to hear you've had such a hard time to get the Family plan started.

 

To join the plan, all family members must live in the same physical address. Once you purchase the Premium for Family plan subscription, you can log in here to manage the plan and send the invites to your family members.

 

Each family member must have their own Spotify account to accept the invite you send.
