Premium cancelled?

So I've had Spotify premium for almost 1 year now, suddenly I receive an email saying it was cancelled because it didn't confirm my november payment, but I have a receipt on my email AND the payment on my credit card. I've checked my receipts on my account and it isn't there. Help please?

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂
