Premium codes dont work/ how do ik contact spotify

Hello, 

Ik bought 2 premium codes for 3 months, apparently activated them both but i only got 3 months of premium spotify...

When i try to contact spotify i get an auto reply that tells me to go to the FAQ's which cant help me.

How do i get what i paid for??? because spotify just pretty much stole 30 euros from me,,,

How do i contact spotify for help? (and please dont say the auto contact thing they have going because that doesnt seem to work)

Just use the contact form.

Theres the Quicklinks at the bottom of the page, then click contact and from the next page click "Contact form".

They will sort your problems dont worry about that.

Lately I have had couple contacts with them and they have provided fast, excellent service each time.

So far, I have nothing but positive to say about their customer-service.
