Premium disappeared, please help

Hello, i need help. I have tried contact Spotify though the contact page twice so far. Every single time they just tell me to look at the community etc. I have paid for my premium for MONTHS. There was a billing problem and the payment got taken out late. Since this happened, i have no been returned to premium. I have ONE email. I have ONE facebook. I have ONE account. I want my premium back. Nothing is helping me and im getting really upset. 

Anyone who knows anything about it would seriously help.
