My Question or Issue

 Since today my Spotify premium disappeared. I have the premium with my mobile provider.
They checked and all is okay. I have already logged of and back on again but I in my account I see that the premium option is gone.
What can I do to make sure my premium is back on again?

Daisy, 
I just contacted my provider again. It turns out they had me linked for a free subscription. They will send a new activation code. Hopefully all we be okay thea.

If you can't make use of the Premium feautures, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

 

Also be sure to check the following:

  • Log out and back into your account
  • Check the status of your subscription
  • Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account

Thanks for your reply.
I checked all, but my account still says I am free, while my mobile provider confirmed my subscription for Premium is okay.
It all worked fine for the last couple of months, until today.

Can you confirm you checked for other accounts as well? You can do that here. Are all your favorite playlists visible on the account? 🙂

I can see all my playlists 

I was hoping the issue would be resolved today, but I still have no Premium
