Premium disappeared

My premium subscription is gone even though I'm within my subscription period. Tried login out and back in. Tried disconnecting from facebook. All my playlists are there

Spotify you are the worst organisation I have ever experienced trying to cotnact. You are taking my money but I am not getting premium. I have tried logging out logging in, uninstalling reinstalling, and after much searching had to come on to this thing to find the link above which send me to a page which tells me I have to go on to a facebook page to change my email as my email is not valid. I will ignore the fact I never gave any permission for my facebook to link up with my Spotify - the email on the facebook page is my email address. Please can you not just get a fecking phone line or online support thing where you actually have dialogue with someone in real time??

So sorry - to clarify - I click that link above it takes me to a link which says my email is not valid. It directs me to a random facebook page which has my correct email address. dog **bleep**e
