Premium doeesn't work

Hi Spotify and Users.

I have payed 1time for premium this month but it doesnt work. The money are taken from the card and, but premium arent activated on my account. So if you can look if there are a mistake going on it would be greate.

Hi. You should contact customer service from Spotify. https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/  In the contact form explain the problem and you will get an automatic answer. Reply that mail with the same explanation. They will take 24 hrs to respond.
