Premium doesn't activate

Premium doesn't activate


I just became premium member by joining a family subscription. Online I can see that I am in fact Premium member. But neither on my iPhone nor on my PC can I use the premium functions. I reinstalled the app as well as the programm on my PC several times and logged in and out too. 

Do I just have to wait?

I contacted the support already.

Edit: whoops just saw that you have already contacted support. They should reply within 24 hours


Sorry for the trouble! Premium usually activates instantly. There seems to be a delay right now.


Please be patient and try to log out and back in a few times every once in a while to see if it has activated.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
