Premium doesn´t charge

My subscription it's supposed to be renew today but it didn’t happen so I’m stuck with the free account but when I click upgrade the only option is the familiar pack because it says that I already have premium.

I checked my paypal and there is no transaction.

Well I waited for 2 weeks for an answer; or maybe for the problem to fix itself; but it didn’t happen the only solution was to subscribe to family pack; and pay the extra bucks; for at least a month I really hope that this won’t happen again because I have to use apple music for those 2 weeks and it was awful
