Hi,

 

I've got a rather strange problem since last thursday, where Spotify shows that I am premium enable but I can't use it as such in the desktop client nor my moble phone.

 

Screenshot attached - any help?

Welcome to Spotify Community!

 

Try logging out/in again. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the app.

 

 

Did both; no changes. Will contact the support via the contact form, thanks a lot!
