Premium ended today but I cancelled after paying

Premium ended today but I cancelled after paying

Premium ended today but I cancelled after paying, I didn't notice that the payment was already authorized.

 

How can I keep premium for this month? Doesn't make sense pay for the service and not use it.

Hey!

You should still be able to use Spotify Premium for the next month if the payment was taken out of your bank account.

If it's only down as an authorization, it's most likely that it will be refunded to you within the next few days.

If you head on over to Your Account Page and look under the Subscription area, does it say Premium or Free?

 

As it's an authorization charge, I'd suggest you wait a couple of days and see if it's refunded - which it should be.

If it's not, then I recommend you contact Spotify Support after a couple of days, either using the contact form here, or if you're feeling social over Twitter.
