Premium family but account still says premium trial....

I have recently signed up for Spotify, starting with a free trial, once I started using it, decided almost straight away to just sign up for the premium, as I knew I was going to use it. A day or so ago I decided to upgrade to a premium family subscription so that my partner etc could also use Spotify.
One of the accounts which I have attached to the family seems to have worked fine but one other is still coming up in account as "premium trial"? Will this change and will I lose anything when it does?!
Also my partners iPhone app seems to have more options down the bottom in the menu bar, mine only has 3 icons?! His has 5?! Any ideas on why?!

the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
