Premium family subscription but can't find friends or transfer playlists

We upgraded to a family premium subscription. I can't find my husband's account to follow and I can't transfer over my playlists from his account. Help!

Hey @akasnara

 

If you contact support they will be able to help you move over the playlists to your new account.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

You can also:

• Tweet or message @SpotifyCares on Twitter

• Send a message to Spotify Cares on Facebook
