I made a family Premium.package i recived the charges on my credit Card i couldent Make my account however the Charges was applied

The payment on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. You can find more info about this here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/. The funds should reappear on your statement soon. In the meantime, you can try to subscribe again to Premium for Family here: https://www.spotify.com/family.
