we have premium family.
me and my 3 kids have any problems to connect to spotify family. But my husband can't.
this afternoon i chatted with somebody who sendet a mail to my husband. He tried but once again it doesnt work.
what is the problem? What can we do?
always after entering all the requested informations if he clicks to validate, there is an error message...
we are trying for a week now...
please can you help
