Hi

I subscribed Spotify Premium Family last week, higher amount has already been debited, I send an invitation to my son by mail, however he was not able to get access and enjoy Spotiy premium family. What can be the reason ?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Could you please ask your son to try using an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
