1. I'm not able to perform unlimited skips (think I can skip about 8 times & then have to wait awhile).
2. I can't add songs to queue - when I try the attached message comes up (even when I'm not attached to any devices & just listening through my iPhone)
Note Ad free listening is working fine.
I've checked my subscription & my premium subscription is confirmed active.
Help as I feel like I'm not getting what I'm paying for.

Please try reinstalling the Spotify App on your device and log-in again to see if it works.
