i wanted to get premuim for 0.99 however since i had used a 30 day trial i couldnt buy it

so i would now like to get a regular deal at 9.99 per month but i cant find a link that lets me buy this.

will i have to wait until 30 june for the deal to end so i can buy the upgrade?
