Premium for Family husband can't join

Premium for Family husband can't join

I am a Spotify Premium member . When I invite my husband to join on my account , he gets the invitation notice but when joining the following message appears: "Sorry! You're already a member of this (or another) Family plan. Please click below to switch to the account that you want to join to the Family plan."

He does not have another account. What should we do?

HI @rosihilke, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It sounds like your husband is logged in your account when trying to accept the invitation.

 

Please double check he's logged out before repeating the process. If it still does not work, it might be a good idea to try using different browsers, or even cancelling/sending a new invitation.
