Premium for Family member issue

Premium for Family member issue

Hello, 

 

I manage a Premium for Family account with 5 other family member accounts. I got on today, and noticed my sister's account was no longer on the list of members. However, when we get on to her account Spotify says that she defintely is part of a family plan and has premium like normal. When I tried to send her a new invite so that the slot wouldn't say "Empy" anymore, she tried to open the link and it said she was already part of a family plan. 

 

Why does my Spotify say I have an empty slot when I don't? And how can I fix this?
