Premium for Family members only getting Free subscription

Premium for Family members only getting Free subscription

Hi - both myself and my wife are Premium members.  I recently signed up for the Premium Family account and invited my kids.  

My daughter signed up and her account is only showing as a Free account.  

I want to cancel my wife's Premium subscription but suspect she will have the same problem 

a) why is my daughter on a free account, and 

b) what is the process to end my wife's Premium account and move her to the Family account without losing Premium capability

 

It's not been the easiest process in the world to be honest
