Hello,

First of all how can contact with Spotify ?

Is it only way to talk with Spotify via Community Forums ?

If they close for communication with users how can i use this APP ? 

I am a user and i need help.

I dont want to use community forums ! 

Live Chat ? 

Email Support ? 

Phone Support ? 

I want to talk with support team on private channel !

In my house we can not use Spotify Premium.

We have same adress but spotify team (i think home-office 2-3 employe) dont accept my adress. We live together but this app can not understand this. How can i trust this app ?  If you can not handle spotify premium for family dont promote on your website.
