Premium for family

Premium for family

I'm not receiving the email invite that my family member has sent me to join the premium for family account. Anyone with the same issue?

Hi there @Elinek

 

Just check the email address that was entered for the invite and resend the email. If that doesn't work copy the link address for one of the Family spots and log in to the account you want to add and enter the link for the Family spot. Thereafter you will be able to join the Family plan.
