Premium for students

Whenever I try to get premium for students it tells me its unable to validate my student details, to check my status and try again.
Im sure im enrolled so how to I get it to accept my information??

The good folks at Sheer ID process our student discounts. If you’re having trouble getting signed up, you can submit for manual verification. Note: this can take up to 12 hours.
