Premium from ps4 still on free

Hi,I paid for the premium subscription on spotify from the ps4, but I am still as free user. I tried everything, logging out and in again, reinstalled spotify in all the platform I am using it, but nothing, on the ps4 it says the I am on premium, but it still works as free user, on the website it says that I am on free user, same on my iPhone. I have the receipt from the playstation network, it gave digit numbers which is: 8798959922. Please help me.

It looks like you might have to contact Sony with the link provided.
