Premium gone back free

Premium gone back free

Hi!

 

It's been a few days since my account has gone back to free when I am premium. My account says I'm premium and that it's gonna to renew itself automatically. That little message says it's going to happen  today, but yesterday said that it would be yesterday, and so goes on. I have been waiting a few days and still I'm not back to premium.

Also, it had never happened to me before, if you were late in your payment a warning popped up, but you did not go back to free.

 

Please, fix it.

We've taken a look and can see that your Premium service is up and running.

 

Can you confirm that you're seeing this on your end, as well?
