Premium in practice but free on the spotify homepage

Hi, Ihave premium, but realised I dont listen that much anymore and wanted to downgrade. When logging in on my account on the spotify, however, it says I'm a free user. I got charged today, and I listen now without commercials, so its premium for sure, but how shall I cancel it when the homepage says I´m already on free use? It would be nice to do that without having to cut the creditcard.

Are you sure you're logging in with the right account on the homepage? It's very easy to have facebook and Spotify login details!

If this is still the case; you can always cancel by submitting a contact form.
