You mean the code of a Gift Card? Have you checked the FAQs for Gift Cards?

It’s worth checking you're entering the code correctly. For example: try 0 instead of O, and I instead of l (lower case L).

Can you try the following?

• Clear cookies and cache
• Try an incognito window
• Try with another browser

If nothing of this worked let me know, have you tried both ways of joining a Premium for Family plan (Invite with link and invitation)?
