Since a couple of day's my spotify isn't working on my phone anymore. It's telling me to buy premium which I already have. Help me please!

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In them, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:
Username/ID: xxxxxxx
All of that was already on the app. What is wrong with it?

If your subscription page says you're Premium, you should be good to go.

Log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.
After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account.

Hi I have upgraded to Premium but the application doesn't recognize that. I did a clean re-install, no luck. Help!

My Spotify Premium hasn't been working for the last couple of days, recently I failed to make a payment on my subscription because I changed debit cards and didn't update the payment information so I could be charged the mothly fee.
-I have logged out/ reinstalled the app. (constantly)
-I have cancelled my subscription, and renewed it to see if that worked (it didn't)
-I only have one account with spotify.
My account on my Spotify profile on the desktop says that I am a "Premium" member, on my phone however it says that I have a "free" subscription.
If you can inform me on how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you it did work, however when I logged into my account all the playlists I had made were deleted. Is there a way to recover them?
and I had the username "ipassionateeee", and now it is "ipassionate7"
am I paying for both accounts now?

That could be possible. You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you merge both accounts (with your music, playlists, friends, etc.) within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
