Premium is not working on phone

Since a couple of day's my spotify isn't working on my phone anymore. It's telling me to buy premium which I already have. Help me please!

@CadeGames - Are you logging in using a Spotify username or with Facebook? When you say not working, can you log in?

i am using my non-facebook login Ie.. CadeGames Then the password

I just recently started having an issue where my LG phone no longer recognizes my saved artists from my account.  When I log in with my proper credentials on ANY computer, my library pops up right away.  When I log into the spotify app on my phone, there are no playlists, songs, artists, or albums listed.

Have you tried re-installing the app on your phone?

Yes, I have tried this, and it did not work.  I should have also mentioned that first in my post.

What version of Spotify and android are you using on that device?

Hey @DigitalVeil can you just confrim the username shown on this page for me? Are you logging into spotify on your mobile with facebook ot the username?

The username is indeed correct.

I'm also logging into Spotify with that username.  The facebook doesn't display anything either though.

Most definitely not.  It should be DigitalVeil3.
