Premium is not working on phone

Since a couple of day's my spotify isn't working on my phone anymore. It's telling me to buy premium which I already have. Help me please!

Hi peter,
I have IOS 6.1.3 and it says its the most recent update. I think its frozen or something, Im really not sure but its stuck on this white page.

I switched from premium to unlimited and spotify on my phone still says need premium account need help

Spotify not working on my phone in Sonos. "can't access music. Problem with connection with Spotify" (translated in english)...

 

(reinstalled three times but no success)

@Nelis - There is currently some ongoing service issues which is probably why your Sonos isn't working. Keep an eye on SpotifyStatus for the latest updates whilst the team works on it.

Hi, I just got spotify premium and received the receipt in my email. But premium won't work on my iPhone app. I have tried signing in and out and re downloading the app.

Just upgraded to premium but can't access any of the features of the app. When I click on the get premium pop up, it takes me to my overview page that says I already have a premium subscription. I have a Samsung galaxy s4

My spotify account isnt working on my iphone. its saying i need to upgrade to premium but ive had premium for ages. Ive tried logging in and out but it still doesnt work...

All the musics greyed out. Any thoughts? I itried up grading again but it still hasnt worked. Kind of worried that I might have paid for it twice now...

 

Hey @user-removed ! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would strongly recommend you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and get them to check out your accounts for you. It sounds like you might have more than one account which you might be paying for.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, I've been using Spotify Premium for a long time now and only today it won't let me play any tracks and is saying "spotify premium is required for on-demand mobile steaming - it is free to steam on desktop" ..this is on my iPhone. I need help with this please as I am still paying for Premium!

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview

 

If it is showing as premium then you should be good to go! Sometimes a quick log out and back in again is needed. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application. 

 

If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. If you can't find your account, don't subscribe again as you might be billed twice, instead get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.

I'm not even sure where it would say Premium or not. I've tried logging back in again but can only use my Facebook details as I've forgot my username & password & the old email address i used to register for this account is unusable and I can't sign in. I use my spotify every single day & this has never happened. I will try reinstalling it. Thank you for the quick reply, it is really appreciated.

Hi there, I've got the same problem, my phone won't recognise I'm on premium, I've tried both logging in through Facebook and with username, but neither work, my payment may have not gone through, could you help? Thanks
