Premium is stopped but paid for one more month.

I renewed my premium last year 2017-12-15, this should be valid one month to 2018-01-15. The day after i saw that it was possible to buy one year in total so i did that too. Yesterday my premium was stopped but i think i shall have one month more with premium. Right?

Thanks for getting in touch!

We've had more users getting a year of Premium around the same time that they would have their regular monthly payment deducted. In these cases we automatically refunded the one month of Premium a few days later. Could you access your bank statement to see if you've received the refund?
