Premium linked to the wrong Account

My service provider pays for my premium Spotify how ever it's been linked to my partners account and I would like to know how to unlink his Spotify account so that I Can add my own account

You should get in contact with the customer support directly using the online contact form or via Twitter @SpotifyCares. and they will be able to look into getting this sorted for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible
