Hi fellow forumer. I bought Spotify Premium on 27th january 2016 and today, 3rd February 2016, my account show up as Free, even though my receipt clearly stated 27th January 2016, to my username. None of the workaround in the community work for me i.e, full reinstall, log out - log in, clear cache. And right now, I can't even subscribe to regular Premium plan. Only Family Plan available and there is no way I can subscribe the Regular Premium subscription. The Regular one simply not showed up. Anybody ever encounter these problem? Any workaround?
